Anybody used InTime Shipping from Hamburg to South America?

We will be shipping two bikes from UK to South America in October 2016. We have lots of time so flexible as to whether to arrive in any of Chile, Argentina or Uruguay.

I have read about InTime Shipping in Hamburg who take 10-20 bikes to Valparaiso in shared containers. The price looks competitive and is said to include all port and handling charges.

Has anybody used this service or have experience of InTime?
Thanks
James

not personally but i know a couple of folk from the gs-forum that shipped with them to south america.
incidentally ive been in contact with them regarding air freight from Montevideo back to Vienna in early 2018 and they've been very helpful.
They also provided me some contacts for some other routes which i needed to ship which they couldnt assist with.

I have used InTime to send my bike to Panama in March. Currently they are organizing the transport back from the US.
Had no problems at all. They were always helpful and fast in reacting to questions.
My contact is Olaf Kleinknecht.

I have shipped 2 bikes with Olaf last year , from Hamburg to Valparaiso and i was very satissfied with him.
Excellent communication, very professional and the price was fair too.
He organised a transporter to collect the bikes from Switzerland to Hamburg too.
His partner in Valparaiso , Ivan, knows the job and saves you lots of time.
I can only recommend using Olaf's services , and dreaming of using his skills again on my next big journey.

Experience with In-Time Shipping, Hamburg to Valparaiso

I have recently used in-time. Their Owner, Olaf Kleinknecht, is always available for questions and comment, quick friendly and efficient. The overall impression is that they have the process well organised and ship quite a few bikes. They pack a container every one - 2 weeks between Nov and Jan, I understand. They let you drop off the bike travel-ready in the warehouse near Hamburg and pack it for you in the container. No box reqiuired and no extra cost. When I dropped off the bike in their warehouse, I noticed that the registrations of the bikes waiting to be shipped ranged from Austria, Switzerland, UK to Turkey. It seems that the reputation of these guys has travelled...

The service was great both at the German end and in Valparaiso. Very responsive. I handled everything via emai and phone with them. The customs paperwork was easy. From the start, explanations were clear and committments throughout were kept.
In Valpa, formalities at the customs (in town) were quick and efficient, thanks to their local partner, who sent someone along to the customs office to get the papers issued. I only arrived in the afternoon, so I could not retrieve the bike same day. The bikes are stored in an enormous warehouse of a partner shipping company on a industrial estate about 10 Km outside Valpa. if you manage to do the customs in town early in the morning, the bike can be retrieved same day. In-Time`s partner offices in town in Valparaiso helped to organise the taxi out to the site. Collecting the bike from the site takes another 2 hours of paperwork (depending on queues) plus re-packing the bike etc. They let me re-pack the bike ready to take off in my own time in the warehouse.
