from bangkok to nepal

My name is Savannah. I am on a world tour with my husband Paolo. We are in Thailand and need to drive back to Italy. We are looking for a shipping company to ship the bike from Bangkok to Nepal. Does anybody have an email address of an Asian shipping company that may be able to help...

Thank-you,
Savannah

You can find the full reports of those who have entered information about shipping, between continents or specific countries, in here:--
Horizons Unlimited Trip Planning - Shipping the Bike - Actual Shipments by Travellers

I have just tried looking for Thailand to Nepal and that search gives this:-

Horizons Unlimited Motorcycle Travellers' Website Motorcycle Shipping Search Results page
(it came up with a few results but that last link has probably "timed out" now!!)

We're also heading to Kathmandu...

I checked the database but the latest entry is already quite old. From the descriptions at the time (ten years ago!) it seemed that TAC was not a good company but Thai Airways was great.

Does anyone have any more recent information?

We are thinking of flying out towards the end of March. When were you going out Savannah?

We might also consider leaving from Kuala Lumpur if it is better there.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
