Annoying after the 100th occurance
Tapatalk (whatever that is - I don't have anything to do with it, so far as I know) keeps telling me that it's security certificate expired today, 15th Oct.
Maybe today is its' birthday or something like that, and it needs to tell everyone?

The announcement of the expiry came up with 3 options: accept, reject or help.
As long as I continued to reject the expired certificate, it continued to tell me about it, via the same dialogue box. The help "button" did the obvious thing and told me about security certificates - much more than I really want to know!
The dialogue box popped up every time I moved around the website, so after this happened dozens of times yesterday I decided to give in and pressed the accept button - now I have accepted the security "risk" it has stopped telling me about it!
Today it is working fine and dandy with either Firefox or Opera and all on a normal computer, not a tablet nor a phone or whatever.
Sorry for the scarey post!

Is HUBB still up and running on Tapatal? I can't find it on my Kindle (but I've not found any other forums I've looked for either so I don't know if it's me, my Kindle or that the forums I use aren't on there)

Could you please tell me what I type into Tapatalk to find it then please. I've tried searching Horizons Unlimited as 2 or 1 word, tried Horizons, tried stepping down through the 'Travel' grouping and I don't see anything

Grant I dont know if it's a TT thing or maybe something has changed? But anotherr forum I use "YuneecPilots Drone forum" does not have any adds at all pop up. When looking at HU they pop up alomost straight away and continue to pop up as I scroll through posts and lots of them too. ??? I will try on another device later and see if it happen on that too.

Sounds like Tapatalk has added in adverts to make money. The other guys may pay to have them removed, I'll have to look into it.
Let me know what you discover.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
