About time // Hello from southern Germany
Hello everyone,
I'm Falko, 27 (1992) from Ludwigsburg, near Stuttgart.
Currently finishing my Master's in Water Resources Engineering.
This study idea came from the inspiration of helping people in remote places and less privileged countries. And imho, experiencing those is best done exploring them on a local motorbike while working there. Let's see how this future dream turns out
I've been on here for a while but never got around to actually say Hi. During an epic Texas - Chile trip in 2016 & 17, I was browsing the local info pages here a lot and got inspired to keep adventure motorbiking my favourite thing!
I just signed up for the Germany summer meeting which I'm REALLY excited for, especially since it's the weekend after the Hessler offroad days where my old ('93) BMW F650 and I get to play in the dirt for the first time together.
I'm hoping some of you will be at the campground in Pfrimmtal late July, I'm sure it's gonna be amazing. So much to learn, so much to share, so many great people I don't know yet!
As for travel plans, I have nothing specific planned right now but my mind is drifting towards less paved grounds at the moment. Thinking TET and deserts
I'm looking forward to finding travel buddies and friends in different countries on here and in person once a trip comes out of it. Visiting new friends is my favourite reason for a trip.
See you on the road!
Falko
PS: I'm thinking for doing TET France section 13 before the summer meeting. Anyone interested in joining? The section ends about an hour from Pfrimmtal
