Not an overlander, but semi-nomadic
Hello all
I'm not currently overlanding, although I do hope to in the future. I'm currently travelling a lot for work. One month here, another there. I got bored of packing my things up every time and shipping them, so I bought a motorbike, and I'm selling everthing I can't get on the back of it. From now on, I'm semi nomadic. All I will own is my motorbike, and what I can fit in the panniers. Luckily I don't need to worry about sleeping or cooking arrangements, as I will still be living in an apartment, just... often a different apartment to where I did a few weeks before. Nethertheless, its quite an intersting experiment, and I'm sure I will have plenty of questions for people here about how to make this work!
In some boring travel news - after 12 or so weeks of lockdown in Madrid, today I went for my first long ride on the bike. 200km round trip to the mountains (okay a short trip by the standards here, but the longest I have ever taken!).
