Any info on purchase/rental, garages, mechanics, for Enfield in Southern India?
In Chennai, Bangalore, Pondichery, or anywhere in Tamil Nadu or Kerala.
Hi,
I guess less people makes it that far south and I’m finding difficult to get info for the south of India.
I want to hire/purchase an Enfield to tour the south.
Any idea about what prices to expect?
Higher,? Lower? Than in Delhi or Mumbai.
Does any one know some reputable dealers, garages, mechanics in Chennai/ Madras / Bangalore, Kerala?
Some helpful contacts or pointers?
Thanks a lot.
Fernando

Hmmm, now thats an interesting question. Coming to think of it, i havent seen any bullet rental advert from south india on any boards. Though i am sure, there are plenty or mechanics there. South india has a good majority of bullet riders. You may wanna get in touch with madras bulls club to know more.

I don't know the bike but I know the man and he certainly looks after his bikes.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
