well that is an ambitious plan for sure!
Tibet - not sure, if you can currently get in with your vehicle, there have been restrictions. Chinese rules, so a mandatory guide, and will cost you a small fortune.
Myanmar/Burma - was closed for all foreign vehicles for 50 years, just now there have been some groups, who have arranged entry with a guide, but getting from India to Thailand, or vice versa is still another matter. As are the areas in India bordering Burma, you´ll need permits to get there as well. I see you want to go through Burma twice, good luck!
Vietnam - was also a problem, lately one border in the middle has let foreign bikes in but hard to say, if it is officially possible, or just some confusion on their part. Not guaranteed, but probably easier than Tibet or Burma.
Indonesian Borneo could be interesting on a bike, have not been there myself, though. And you´ll need a carnet for India and Indonesia, but that´s not a show-stopper.
