Thanks guys I'll just go to transport department and get a NOC for the owner to sign.
I'm not too concerned with the insurance aspect as I have my own liability insurance.
Would there be a problem crossing the border into Nepal in a bike that is registered in someone elses name or will a bill of sale be sufficient? What forms do they check or is it one I those drive too fast and you'll miss it borders?
Finally, what's the best strategy to sell a Indian bike in Kathmandu? I know it will be difficult being a Delhi bike, anyone found a easy way?
Thanks again, headed over this Sunday.
