Tourist Visa for Iran
Hello,
I am plannning to go by motorbike through Turkey, Iran, possibly Pakistan to India.
1. How do I get a Tourist Visa for Iran? I heard it is a bit tricky?
2. What difficulties/risks could come up?
Thanks in advance,
Lalli

Try these guys:
www.key2persia.com
They are listed in LP...
The trick is that you get a Touristvisa only with some kind of registrationnumber from a Iranian agency. The guys above can get you the magic number. There are more agencies over the the net.. search for them or get a copy of LP Iran (They have diffrent prices)
On the other hand it was no problem for me (German) to get a 7 day extension for me in Esfahan....
Mail me offlist with more details of your trip.
Cheers!
Stefan

Hi
İ have just got my vısa for iran stamped in istanbul, i used a company called Magic Carpet, do a search on this site for there details, and it was all very easy.
Ä° applied just before i left UK and they kept in touch with me through email and i now have a full 30 day / 3 month visa.
İ thınk they charged about 30 pounds sterlıng for the servıce, but they were very effıciant.
İf you have a problem or need anythıng further just send me an emaıl.
