I've seen a vid of these in action and they are quite clever but they must really effect the way the bike behaves. All the weight is on the back axle so that has got to compromise the ability of the wheel to ride bumps. Also I would expect the bike to always be trying to push the front wheel into bends; you certainly won't be able to drift the rear easily. I wouldn't spend my money without a realistic test ride.
