Varadero Comes to Canada
I went to the motorcycle show in Edmonton, Alberta last Saturday and got my first look at the Honda Varadero.
It looks like a nice enough machine with all the shine and gloss of any new bike. While the dealers don't have a price yet they expect it to come in at about $14000 Canadian or 9250 euros.
My question is, given that i don't spend all that much time on anything rougher than gravel roads or forestry trails, what would make this worth so much more than a DL1000 Vstrom at $9000 Canadian or 5950 euros.
All opinion welcome. I might point out that I currently have a KLR650 for when I ride alone and a Triumph Trophy 1200 for when my wife comes along. I really would like to go down to one bike (sort of ) I'm told.
