First try to bed the brakes by doing a few repeated hard stops.
But that probably won't fix it.
Most commonly, the brake pads squeak because they vibrate. Your old pads may have had a shim attached to them. Sometimes there's a shim, sometimes there isn't, but if there is, you should use it.
And finally, smear some brake grease on the back of the pads. That'll stop them from vibrating. You don't want the grease on the front of the pad or on the rotors, just the back, and it doesn't have to be a lot.
