Parts for a 2003 XT600E
I am looking for some parts for my 2003 model XT600E
I would like to get these parts for my bike to make it a bit better for my trip next year.
1. Larger foot pegs as the ones on it are too thin and i can feel them when stood on the pegs, i am a size UK 7 foot, Euro 41/42 so will in need to get different gear selector and rear brake lever?
2. A taller bolt on screen
3. Making my suspension a bit harder as there is quite a lot of front end dive under braking and they are a bit soft, I am hearing Hydrapro are good springs.
I am in the UK so a Uk based business would be better. Bolt on stuff would be better rather than making modifications
This is the bike at the moment
http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hub.../xt-600e-76823, photos are at the bottom of the thread.
Any help or info would be great, been looking on the Net but not having much joy

Search for "Tw200 footpegs" on ebay, the fit xt600, all you need to do is drille a small hole for the spring in one of them. Super simple, and they're cheap.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
