Seat Fabricator for XT600?
Anyone had their seat reshaped on an XT600? If so, could you provide contact details?
Thanks,
Disco

I know somebody who had a Blandit 1200 seat re-shaped (he's a short-arse) very sweet job. I think the company who did it are called Bum Wraps.
I had an old xlr250 seat re-foamed and covered by a local "vehicle trimmer" he does leather car seats and boat interiors. He did too good a job really. It was a shame to get it muddy.
A quick google should turn up no end of possibles. Just pick someone local and have a chat with them.

Bum Wraps are no longer there sorry!! They were very good and did a great job on one of my bikes I think they retired to live in France. I have searched for ages for a seat solution and have really found most solutions to be really expensive so might just buy a Airhawk.

I had the seat of my XT600E '03 redone by Ray, Rayz zadels - Motorzadels: and he did a very good job! Higher, wider, somewhat harder and flatter. Only one problem, he lives in Holland in Dordrecht near Rotterdam, so that's not very convenient for you. But look on his website and look under "voorbeelden" what's he's done so far. And you can get some ideas for your seat. Greetz, Hans.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
