Hi Roddney
I got a service manual for Paioli forks it has the oil measrment for the TTR forks. I should be able to get it by next week.
Are you using genuine Yamaha seals if so how much did you pay.
I got quoted £30 a seal from Yamaha dealer, I got a pattern set from a friend who got them from Kedo so hope they will be ok.
The service manual I have is for Paioli Blue Steel forks but Paioli say they are the same as Yamaha TTR forks.

Hi Roddney
I am also looking for a TTR 600 R manual for a 2000 model. Have you managed to find one yet?
