Croatia rules¡¡¡¡¡
Hi Everybody;
Just back from a short tour in Croatia, and It has been so impressive that i think I must encourage you all to go there, even if for a short break.
It is a riding paradise, not only the adriatic coastal roads, but there are inland areas with astonishing scenery, wonderful bending roads, and you wont find another vehicule on the road for ages.
I know I can not make publicity here, but there is a renting company, oficial partner to BMW that you will find easily for your moto trip . They could not have been more professional and helpful to us. Bikes were top of the line, in perfect shape, and they even organized to drop the bikes at the airport for our return.
Whe have gone on our own mainly because of timing, but if you are not taking your own bike there, and want to make the best in your time, I would recommend to go on an organized tour with this people, specially during the high season, April to October. We could check some of the hotels the take you to, and you end up saving money with them because of the discounts they get.
Whatever way you choose, try to get down from Dubrovnik to Kotor in Montenegro, and find your wayback through Bosnia ,it has probably been one of the best rides of my life.
Safe ride to all, and fun in Croatia¡¡¡¡¡

Heeeeey!!!!!!!!! Dooby. Javier here!!!!
yes!!!!!!, i got the charger back. Many thanks indeed
Bertrand, many thanks, i didnt want to go over the rules with publicity, but any one going to Zagreb should visit Dooby atthe Lobagola, there is not better B&B in town, and he is a passionate biker!!!
The rental and tour company is mototrip. Dealing with Darko, the owner, is like dealing with a friend. Top response, and the best service i have ever had. I usually rent motorbikes round the world twice a year or more.
Spending a week in Croatia is an easy trip, go for it!!!!
Safe ride everybody
thanks again.

Hi Javier mate
So cool you gave a prop for Lobagola B&B and Mototrip, appreciate it!
We have our thread in Europe section, so everyone can stop by in Zagreb and at least have a cold one
Just last week we're saving HUBB inmate Garnaro (Gary) who had a tire that decided to shred to pieces near Zadar on Adriatic coast. So new tire and tube were shipped from us to Garnaro so he could continue his RTW trip
We're that kind of place, helping bikers from Alps to Turkey,
ride on

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
