FREE Clutch in Mongolia

Free! You read that right, a free clutch available for you. You just have to go to the Blue Wolf Tours office in Olgii and attempt to communicate to the lady there that you are my friend and she should give you the clutch. Its in her desk drawer.

What do you actually get: 7 or 8 (i cant remember) unused cork composite friction plates for the F650 Dual Spark. I have a Sertao, and think they fit. These are EBC originals (part number is CK5636 i think). They may fit other bikes, i have no idea.

I paid 120 Euros for them, but long story, I ended up with 2 spares and travel light!

I want nothing, just pay it forward somehow.

Thanks
NY-Lon

PS. Do let me know if this actually works!

With a bit of online stalking I successfully pretended to be your friend today and picked up the clutch disks. Thank you very much. Very timely and a big worry of my chest.

I like your game and left an 18" 140/80 (thereabouts) inner tube with the girl and told her a friend will pick it up. It's used with one patch, but still good. So, anyone who can pretend to be my friend can pick it up and maybe leave something for a friend to pick up? :-)

Cheers,
boarder

P.S.: The girl is very friendly indeed.

Walter, get your mind out of the gutter :-) I just stopped for lunch and to pick up the discs. No innuendo intended. She is just a very nice person. Running a sort of traveler needs triage system at the office and a great multi tasker. Not a quality often found in this part of the world. Yes, she is very good looking too.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
