Khankh - Mondy = yes according to the Russian border agency. I have not done it but have read that around 200 foreigners crossed it last year. Not heard any direct experiences.
Ulkhan - Verkhny Ulkhun = no
Ereentsav - Solovyevsk = yes, I crossed this in October 2010.

Eurasia, is sure no for Ulkhan - Verkhny Ulkhun? Did you try it? On the map it's signed like a border crossing! What can happen to me if I will try? Thank you

It is indeed a border crossing, but it is a bilateral crossing, meaning it is only open to nationals of Russia or Mongolia. So if you turn up at the border without one of these passports you will be told that you cannot cross. You might even get in trouble on the Russian side for entering a border zone without a permit, as you have no right to cross the border.
If you read Russian, look at this link:
Росграница
'Статус: Двусторонний' means it is bilateral.
There are now five international road crossings from Russia to Mongolia, I'm sure you can manage to get to where you want.
