Land Rover Defender 110, 300tdi for sale South Africa late 2014
Land Rover has SOLD Thanks to all who inquired
Our 3 door 110 is up for sale at the end of our trip. Currently in Namibia but, ending in Cape Town late November or December 2014. 1989 with 248,000kms on chassis. 14,000 on rebuilt 300Tdi, remanufactured transmission, rebuilt rear diff, new Old Man Emu heavy duty shocks, new intercooler, spare turbo and manifold, raised suspension, Australian made Mulgo pop up "westfalia style" roof perfect for game viewing. Full length double bed inside at roof height, inside seating area for two, Engel 42L fridge, dual battery set up with monitoring and remotely linkable, 50L fresh water, two diesel tanks 100L and 65L linked with transfer pump, range about 1500kms, bullbar, driving lights, ladder, 5kg cooking gas bottle and holder, gas cook top, two awnings, Air Conditioning, europly cabinets for storage, high lift jack, compressor, bottle jack and rear tire carrier.

Sorry about that. We are battling a poor internet connection in Malawi. Once we get sorted there will be a page of Landy pics on our website and a link the a classified ad on Free Classifieds on Gumtree South Africa key word 1989 Defender.
The landy is RHD and South African registered.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
