Depends on your diet inclination.Vegeterian or not.You can buy allmost all fresh from small markets. As long you are using a camping ground. If not just carry nudels(dry pasta) and any sauce you can do yourself.
Potatos and eggs do a tortilla.Meat only from a "carnicería"......Its allmost up to your skills and taste.

Cheers Karl,
will definitely have a crack at the potato and egg tortilla, I've been loading up on spices too, to flavour some of the potentially blander dishes
I'm not too fussy on the food, just as long as its reasonably healthy so I'm up for vegetarian if its on the menu, meat I guess is sometimes harder to carry

I would also recomend not to bring flavours from Australia.Just buy them here, like Oregano, perejil, pimienta negra, pimenton etc.Just google this.
Nothing better as the "local" taste for our meal here.
Now to the meat.Just buy it once you are in place.Fresh from the "carnicero".A good bife de chorizo with onions.......
Or asado con chorizos.....

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
