medical emergency in rondonia Brazil

appologies for the double post but this is important and I am hoping more people may see it this way

hoping anyone out there can help
I work for a medical assistance company and we have a patient we are very concerned about who we believe may be seriously injured but we are unable to get any information.

we believe he is at the master clinica in rondonia

is anyone in this area, does anyone know this clinic?

HI and thanks for the reply.

you've discovered our problem, we have Spanish and Portugese speakers but are really struggling to get any useful information and can't find any details of such a clinic.

thanks ever so much for all the help and advice, after we worked with one of our doctors for over 6 hours on the cae yesterday, we finally got a call from the guys brother! had been a pretty nervous and stressful 48 hours trying to track him down though! We have agents in south america supposed to work for us on this sort of thing, but they are really rather useless!!

Rather useless?

Moggy 1968 just curious, was the "master clinica" you spent 48 hours looking for actually Hospital Mater or not? It took me exactly 30 seconds to find it.

If it was.... and I have reason to believe it was....Perhaps "useless" is too harsh a word to describe your "south american agents" unless it is applied to all the agents of the company your work for?

no it wasn't, and believe me, the agents are rubbish! Not just on this occasion.
