Hello Smartie!
Let me know what you are interested in (nature, history, architechture...) and I might be able to give you a few tips for Norway and Sweden. And if you are planning to visit Scandinavias most beautiful capital Stockholm, let me know, I could offer you sleeping place for a night or two - if I am not travelling myself! ;-)
Greetings

Norway
My friend Steve and I did a UK / Scandinavian round trip of 5,000 miles this summer visiting Nordkapp and returning South via central Finland and Sweden. Go to Hans Petter Strifeldt's website https://ridenorway.com/ for some ideas. Don't miss the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Santa Claus haha in Rovaniemi. Suggest Norway first. It has most spectacular coastal roads going north. Do some Fjord hopping on the ferries and you MUST take in the Lofoten Islands via the Bodo to Moskenes ferry. Visit the Russian border if you have time and don't miss Central Sweden. It too is stunning. Motorcycles are toll free on the highway but we steered clear of major roads where possible. Depending on your preference for accomodation and the tourist pressure at the time of year you intend going, you may find that Hytta (cabins) can usually be booked quite late just by riding in. We wild camped occasionally and that's THE way to do it. Take a tent! If you want to stay in any of the Capital cities then I suggest joining the International Hostelling Association and use them in the major towns. At between 50 and 100 Krona they are reasonable compared to the 2500 Krona a night hotels. All of Scandinavia is digital. We never used cash as you can use cards everywhere. Reindeer and salmon like you've never tasted before. You will run of of Wows!

I´m fr Sweden, just arrived NZ, picking up my mc on tuesday, been riding fr Sweden, (almost 9 months)
I´ll be back over the sommer in Sweden if you need some help. Living not far from Gothenburg on the westside
You can ride fr Denmark to Sweden, do westcoast/ or a mixture of inland and coast, to Oslo,
Don´t miss Trollstigen, Atlantic coastroad, follow some of the fjords up to Trondheim. You can then cross over to Sweden,(cheeper and faster) Åre,populer winter/summer, Östersund (big festival in the Summer check dates), go up to the miningareas Arvidsjauri, Gällivare, Kiruna, back to Norway, Lofoten. At Harstad or Tromsö take the ferry Hurtigrutten to Tromsö or Hammerfest, ride up to NorthCape, fr there to Finland, to Helsinki, ferry to Stockholm and Sweden. If you want I can send you more details about Sweden
Check the webbside of Worldwide ride.ca, They are also here in NZ for the moment riding. In Sweden and Finland lots of god/bad gravelroads, free camping, not so many P....on the rd.s. Norway many speedcameras, roadtolls

Fwiw, speed cameras on Norway doesn't recognize bikes, so you're safe from them. Road tolls does not apply to bikes, so no worries there either. You'll find that there are quite a few benefits in Norway when visiting by bike. https://ridenorway.com/2015/02/15/it...der-in-norway/

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
