Prudhoe Bay -> Ushuaia 2023
Hi all,
I'll be flying my bike to Anchorage (from Germany) in June 2023.
From there I'll make my way up to Prudhoe Bay and then go all the way to Ushuaia (and rtw from there).
If anyone has somewhat similar plans hit me up on Instagram (@maeggirtw) or via Pm.
Maybe we can work out to meet up on the road and ride together for a while or exchange tips at the very least.

I'll be leaving for Ushuaia from British Columbia Nov 1 2023, but it seems you will be way ahead of me by then.

Yeah, I'll probably be in Mexico by then.
Regardless, safe travels and have fun!

I live in Anchorage (2 meters of snow is finally melting) and plan on heading south this year at least as far as Panama, maybe TDF. I was going later in the year but can change plans if there is a reason.
Drop me a PM here or text me at (915 588 5054) for more details or a guide when you reach Alaska. Have ridden from the US/Mexico border to Alaska three times so if you have any questions about the ALCAN I can answer.
I presently ride a BMW GS310 because the GS1150 I was riding caught on fire on the Haul Road last 21 June while going north but that is another story.

I'll be riding south again from Colorado by November 1 all the way to return to Usuaia. Speak Spanish and have done it previously.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
