Ride across Canada then down South America
Hi
I'm looking to ship my Yamaha FJR to Vancouver sometime around September next year and ride south down through the US to San Diego, I would then ship it on to some port in Peru, ride down through Chile, Argentina and across to Rio. Looking to spend a year or so away and would not mind meeting up with someone, at the start, half way round, whatever Easy going guy but don't want to be forced into a hard ride by someone who wants to do long miles. Would be happy to go with a girl or bloke as long as we know we could get on OK. Let me know
( looking to swap my Yammy FJR for maybe a Tenere, question is will my FJR be up for the job??)

I can't think why one would pay a lot of money to ship his bike in and out of Canada solo to ride Canada coast to coast and to skip entirely the USA and Mexico to land somewhere in South America.
Lot of good people here really willing to help out, but your plan so far makes it impossible. Keep on reading here on your country origine, Canada, USA and South America forums.
cheers

Maybe the O/P can't enter the US for legal reason?

To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
