To my knowledge, there is not now, and has never been, such a thing. At least, not at a price that would make any sense. And who would do it - possibly "Lloyd's of London", maybe, at a very ridiculous price.
Sorry for the bad news, but now you know why many travellers use an old or cheap bike.

Hi Christian:
Welcome to the HUBB community.
Like Grant said in his reply above, it is very unlikely that you will be able to find any insurance company willing to provide you with theft, collision ('damage'), or comprehensive insurance in locations outside of Europe, except perhaps in French overseas dependencies such French Guiana - and only then because your moto is (presumably) registered in mainland France. In fact, I would "bet the rent money" that no-one offers the coverage you are seeking.
You will be able (and obliged) to purchase minimum legal liability insurance that will enable you to operate your motorcycle in the various Central & South American countries that you plan to visit. But, you will need to buy this insurance at the entry point to every different country you visit... you won't be able to get a single insurance policy that covers you for all the Central & South American countries.
Take some time to browse through past discussions about Central and South American travel that you will find in this sub-forum ( Trip Paperwork) - you will probably find quite a bit of useful information in previous discussions of the same topic.

Hi
As far as Mexico is concerned there are 2 companies, that I know of, that offer fully comprehensive insurance to foreign plated bikes eg from UK.
The biggest and most popular is Baja Bound, however the one we went with is James and James - they offer better cover with less excess and are nearly half the price, weather they’re are as good when it it comes to paying out ……hopefully we won’t need to find out.
I haven’t looked into south of Mexico yet but I suspect it’s 3rd party at the border.
