Shipments done by Travellers

The HU Shipping Database!

From THIS page, you can find details of shipments ALREADY MADE by travellers, both air and sea, so you can plan your own shipment.

For each shipment, the details include Shipping Date, Cost, Shipper Contact details and a Description of the experience, often including very detailed and extremely useful information about the requirements for crating or the paperwork involved at the destination location.

If you are aware of any more up-to-date information, or you know of any shipping details for locations which aren't listed below:

Please let us know here for minor details, or
Submit information on a shipment YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE here.

Thanks to all who have contributed this information, keep it coming!

NOTE: This is not our normal view, but Google's API has somehow broken the view with a map and everything nicely laid out. We will fix it as soon as possible, but it's a very big job for us. Any Google API experts feel free to contact us! For now this will have to do, sorry.

Usage: Enter one or more of the fields, as you wish. Blank field means "all". Be sure to use correct country names, e.g. "United Kingdom" not UK or England. Unfortunately "united states" (united states of america doesn't work) gets United Kingdom as well, just work down to the bottom or last page. Not case-sensitive. Results sorted by newest first.

Bollore Logistics
Andrew Ombati

Andrew consistently lied about everything. After two days at the airport babysitting the staff the bike arrived damaged due to improper strapping after I had left the airport. TDG stickers stuck to the paint.

Dakar Motors

Very easy shipping of bike to US, contact Dakar Motors about a week out from BA and they will make all arrangments to ship bike back. All inclusive in their fee. They are hard to get a hold of in the early planning stages as they are quite busy, but once you hit the one week out threshold they become very attentive to your correspondence. Plan on at least spending 4 days in BA to finalize all arrangements. Highly recomended!

Highly recomended, I can't say enough about how easy everything was. The bike was ridden to the airport where I met a contact arranged by Sandra and that was it, all paperwork, airbills, aduana, and crating taken care of.

One World Cargo
Mia Lord
DO NOT USE --   One World Cargo Solutions from Florida!!!! Held my bike for ransom. “send more money” were her favorite words.

Bike showed up a month after the date she gave me. She hired Intermodal Security Costa Rica ISCR to do the ground work in Costa Rica. Completely incompetent. They changed their name from Marex (Maritime Express) just after the bike was put in the international warehouse.
They actually wanted me to leave the bike parked outside their office on the street for a few day before it was put in a crate... If it feels wrong don’t do it... wonder how many times it will take to figure that out.

So many things went wrong from the way they handled the shipment, I was never sure where in the world the bike might go.

Run-A-Way from One World Cargo Solution like your hair is on fire....

$250 - $3100 - $700 - $150 +
